3 years (6 semesters), under the CBCS (Choice Based Credit System) in College of Vocational Studies, a constituent of University of Delhi.
The Bachelor of Vocational Studies (B.Voc.) course stresses on hands-on education and industry-related expertise. The course is aimed at assisting learners in acquiring professional knowledge and education along with the academic education to ensure that they establish a strong career after accomplishing the course.
This area of expertise is in retail sector and information technology applied in retail companies. The students are taught the nature of retail operations, inventory management, e-commerce platforms, digital retail systems, and customer relationship management.
The program is to be offered to students who are interested in the world of tourism and hospitality. It deals with travel management, tourism marketing, tour planning, hospitality services and tourism business operations.
This course assists students to learn how to manage the employees in organizations. It encompasses employee training, performance management, payroll systems, recruitment processes and skills of communicating in the work place.
Students learn subjects concerning their specialization as well as practical training. The program involves industry projects, case studies and practical learning.
