Vaish College Of Law, Rohtak, Haryana

Vaish College of Law is a law college located near the Railway Station in Rohtak, Haryana. The foundation stone of the college was laid on 25 January 2010 by the then Chief Justice of India, Hon’ble Mr. Justice K.G. Balakrishnan. The college is affiliated with M.D.U. Rohtak and approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

The college offers three law programmes: B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LL.B. and LL.M. The programmes include a five-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) course, a three-year LL.B. course and a two-year LL.M. course. The current seat matrix provides 120 seats each for B.A. LL.B. and LL.B., while LL.M. has 60 seats.

I see the campus as well planned and landscaped with green lawns and a library. I also see that students are given chances to join academic activities such, as classroom teaching, seminars, conferences, panel discussions and moot court activities.

College Admission

I am telling you that admission to the programmes is based on the merit list of the qualifying examination well as on the rules, regulations and guidelines of M.D.U. Rohtak and the State Government. The college also says that admissions are provisional and must be approved by M.D.U. Rohtak.

If you want to join the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme you must score 45 percent in 10+2 or in an examination, from a recognised board. For SC or ST candidates the required score is 42.75 percent.

For the LL.B. three-year course, candidates need 45% marks in graduation or post-graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. For SC/ST candidates, the requirement is 42.75%.

For LL.M., candidates must have an LL.B. degree with 50% marks from a recognised university. The requirement for SC/ST candidates is 47.5%.

The college follows the M.D.U. admission schedule for affiliated colleges. Candidates are required to submit the completed admission form and the required documents as specified during the admission process.
