The Bachelor of Education programme at M.R. College of Education Hassanpur Jhajjar is a two year course. This Bachelor of Education programme is meant to prepare people to become teachers in senior secondary schools. People who want to get into the B.Ed. Programme need to have gotten at 50% marks in their Bachelors or Masters degree. They also need to have studied at two school subjects when they were in college. Maharshi Dayanand University is in charge of the admissions. They use an entrance test to decide who gets in. However some seats are filled by the university in a way. This is called the Management Quota. It is 15% of the total seats. The university also sets aside seats for groups of people. These groups include people, from the SC, ST and OBC categories. It also includes people who have disabilities, women and some other categories. The university follows its rules and the rules of the Government of Haryana when it does this.

The institution also provides part-time instructors for areas such as Physical Education, Art, Work Experience, and Information Technology Literacy, ensuring comprehensive professional training for future educators.
